Requirements for Visa

The following requirements must be met for Japan Visa

  • Signed ad Valid Passport
  • A filled-out application form
  • Photographs (no more than three months older, must have a white background, no glasses)
  • Identification Card
  • Business Cover Letter/ Intent Letter (for those intending to do business or make an investment in the country)

Relationship between Azerbaijan and Japan

On December 21, 1991, the Republic of Azerbaijan was recognized as an independent state Japan. The diplomatic relations between these countries were established on November 16, 1994. While Japan has an embassy in Azerbaijan located in Baku, Azerbaijan is yet to open one in Japan. However, the country is planning to open an embassy in Japan soon.
