Relationship between Azerbaijan and Belarus
On December 21, 1991, the Republic of Azerbaijan was recognized as an independent state Belarus. The diplomatic relations between these countries were established on November 16, 1994. Hello. I will be travelling to Azerbaijan from 19 till 26 Nov. I wanted to ask if during my trip i can also apply for Belarus vias from Azerbaijan and whether it is wise to apply from there or shall I apply from my home country (Pakistan). I want to visit Minsk for 4 days only and was hoping to add Belarus in this trip also after which i will come back to Pakistan. Thanks.
